One of the most important and exacting portion of a successful musical presentation is found in the area of its arrangment (i.e. the way it is audibly or visibly presented)

One would be hard pressed to priortize the value of importance between the arranger, the musicians and the artist in any given musical setting.

Each is equally important in the successful outcome of a musical work.

I oversee every aspect of the work that comes from SUMNER AND ASSOCIATES and frequently participate in the physical output of our products but due to the volume of work that passes thru our facility I do not always do every portion personally. I have a great staff in whom I have the utmost confidence as to their individual responsibilities.

Arranging is one thing that I always do personally.

Excuse me for bragging ... but ... I'M GOOD!

Simply as a basis for credibility, I was for eight years the arranger for the STAMPS QUARTET. For two years I arranged all the background vocals for the GRANG OLE OPRY. For six years I did all the vocal ensemble arrangements for my friend, ELVIS PRESLEY.

For two years I served as editor for CANAANLAND MUSIC a division of Word Inc.

For two years I was editor and staff arranger for the TEMPLE CHORAL SERIES.

I have created orchestrations for numerous soundtrack companies and well known Christian artist.

I'm through braggin' now and you're probably grateful.

I would love to be the arranger responsible for your created song, your solo or ensemble effort and/or your background music.

There are too many variables in the process of arrangements to be able to put down a "locked in concrete" price. Therefore, all prices are given as quotes on request.
